If you message us on WhatsApp, we see whatever you send us there. Our analytics measures aggregate visits — pages viewed, referrers, device types — without tracking you across sites.

How we use it

Your inquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you book our concierge service, to plan your trip. We email you a confirmation when your inquiry arrives. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it’s stored

Inquiries are stored in our website’s database and in the email notifications sent to our team. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
